This artificial sinew is made of waxed nylon strands. It looks and splits almost like real Sinew. The fibers are waxy and uniform in width and color. The multiple strands make it strong and ideal for sewing leather items. The sinew has a natural three-way split. You can use the sinew in its full thickness or split it for a thinner thread. Colors can have slight variations from pale honey to a warm light brown.
It is popular for making dream catchers, webbing on craft projects, and for use in doing tie dye projects.
Spools hold about 40 yards of sinew per ounce. Three different sizes are available.
