These feathers beautifully resemble an immature Red Tail Hawk feather. They are painted white at the base. They graduate to a coppery red middle with several darker bands that get more pronounced towards the tip. At the tip, the color fades to a pale copper. Domestic turkey feathers are carefully selected, trimmed, shaped, and hand-painted to create these beautiful replicas of natural feathers. You can use these replica feathers to make your powwow regalia, such as fans, headdresses, bustles, roaches, or more. Primitive reenactors can use them to decorate their accessories.
